1. Enter the six-character customer ID code for the customer you wish to inquire about.
If you are uncertain of the customer code, see Navigating Net Yield - Selecting a Customer ID code.
2. The command options will appear; select Delete.
3. Use the arrow keys to select the note you would like to delete and press Enter.
4. "Delete this note? No/Yes" will appear; select yes to delete the collections activity note. The note is now deleted.
